Policy Changes

  • Affiliate Policy

    • New affiliates do not get auto extended/24/7 access

    • Access is also at additional charge

    • Only affects new affiliates

  • Space larger than 250, new acquisition; no auto 24/7 membership

  • Tool maintenance schedules

    • Table Saws and laser every two weeks

    • When maintenance required outside of our regular maintenance, we charge $20 for it

    • CM’s trained to perform laser/saw maintenances

    • New facilities maintenance will be overseeing extended maintenance tasks and other tools

  • Egregious cleaning fee

    • $30/hour for any significant messes that ML has to clean
