Events may provide volunteers/staff to greet guests at entry points however no key entry way can be reserved for the exclusive use of an event.
Any items left at MakerLabs in advance to the event or after the event is subjected to storage fees. Our storage policies can be viewed here.
Large scale events requiring a dry-run in advance must make a formal booking request and pay the booking fees as if it is an actual event.
Post-event cleaning and dumping fees may apply for medium/large events if spaces are left in a messy state and MakerLabs staff are required to clean it up.
Events requiring a staff liaison or staff assistance will be subjected to a staffing fee. Fee will be determined based on duration and quantity of staffing support needed.
