- What does this mean for current coalition members?
- Your access will NOT change: if you currently have 24-hour access you will maintain this until your membership is cancelled
- Note: if you cancel your membership and restart it, your membership will restart on the new rules (i.e.: you will lose your 24-hour access)
- Contract Signed
- Closing procedure embedded in the contract
- Fobs will be turned off on Nov. if not signed. Once contract signed fobs will be reactivated.
- We need all members who are paying another member for their space to come see us to set up an account
- You will be paying the same amount just directly to MakerLabs
- Your access will NOT change: if you currently have 24-hour access you will maintain this until your membership is cancelled
- What does this mean moving forward?
- 24-Hour Access will only be available to a sole renter of 250 sqft (one fob)
- 24-Hour Access can be purchased for $250/month
- Sharing 24-Hour Access fobs is not permitted
- Extended hours 9am - 9pm $50 a month

- How does this work?
- Overnight is on us!
- $1 per sqft/week
- 1 week minimum
- $10 minimum
- Must be stored in designated areas
- Anything not labeled will be disposed of after one week
- Disposal charge: $10 - $100
- No hazardous waste
- Waste management
- No excessive use of waste facilities.
- No dumping.
- We are will to get rid of things for you. Please just come by the front desk and arrange and we will invoice accordingly.

- Oily rags
- Overloaded electrical circuits
- If a circuit is tripped don’t just go back to what you were doing
- Fire cabinet
- All fuel combustibles must be stored here
- Undersized extension cords
- Don’t move fire equipment and/or signage
- Blocking fire escapes with work benches
- Everyone help with maintaining signage (if it falls down please put back up)
