Member Run Class Policy

There are two different ways that members can run classes.

1. Independantly Run Member Classes

These classes are run independently using member's own studios and tools. Members are responsible for handling all registration and advertising of their classes, and MakerLabs does not take a cut of the registration fees. Members may add their classes to MakerLabs' public Workshops & Events calendar.

2. Member Run Classes using MakerLabs' Tools and Spaces

Members may run classes using MakerLabs' tools and spaces. With this model, there is a 50/50 split between the member and MakerLabs. If there are any material fees, the split will be 50% of the revenue after material costs.

MakerLabs will handle all registration for these classes and advertise them in the Newsletter, all social media channels, and at various events.
